"May your time in Nature, lead you to yourself"- Shikoba

Immerse yourself in the serene practice of Shinrin Yoku, or "forest bathing", where the ancient Japanese tradition invites you to reconnect with nature. Through slow, mindful walking, deep breathing, and sensory engagement, you’ll experience the calming and restorative benefits of nature. Feel the stress melt away as you absorb the natural beauty around you, fostering a deep sense of peace and rejuvenation.
