Terri Hargrove has been teaching yoga in the Fort Smith River Valley since 2012. Her yoga training began at the Sivananda Yoga Center in the Bahamas, where she completed her first RYT 200 in 2012. Her passion for deepening her practice led her to Yandara Yoga in Baja, Mexico, where she earned a second RYT 200 in 2014. She returned to Yandara in 2018 to complete her 300 RYT, specializing in Kundalini, Bhakti, and Yin Yoga.
Terri enjoys hosting mindfulness workshops, yogic retreats, and intentional yoga classes focused on pranayama, meditation, and relaxation. In the summer of 2017, she acquired a set of quartz crystal singing bowls tuned to the seven chakra key notes. These bowls quickly became an integral part of her practice, and she often incorporates them into full moon and chakra meditations. She is deeply passionate about the healing sounds and vibrations they create, as well as the profound meditative states they help induce.
Terri is honored to hold space for those seeking to deepen their practice and connect with their higher Self.
